The Agent pouch is attached to your belt by threading the belt through the pouch itself so that the cartridges actually straddle the belt and sit on top of it. These single pouches were designed for detectives to wear with their six-guns back in pre-autoloader days. After practicing with it for a while, I found out why it is so well-liked. For the price, perhaps any price, it can't be beat. I just compared it to the two, other popular speed loaders, one 4x more expensive, and the Safariland was by far the fastest.
